U.S. Petitioner gathers all documents/requirements to send with I-129F Petition.  

 

U.S. Petitioner sends compiled I-129 F packet to Service Center.

 

U.S. Petitioner receives 1st Notice of Action (NOA) "Receipt Notice".  

 

U.S. Petitioner receives 2nd Notice of Action (NOA) "Approval Notice".

 

Case forwarded by the Service Center to the National Visa Center (NVC).

 

Case forwarded by NVC to U.S. Embassy in your fiance(e)'s country.

 

Embassy receives package from NVC and processes it.  Embassy will prepare a letter to be sent to the foreign fiance(e).

Letter received by the fiance(e)/beneficiary.

 

Foreign beneficiary completes forms, gathers requirements and sets an appointment with the US Embassy for interview.

 

Foreign fiance(e) completes medical examination prior to interview.

 

Beneficiary has interview at U.S. Embassy for K-1 Visa.  All being well, visa is granted and delivered to beneficiary by mail.  Beneficiary attends Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) Seminar before going to U.S.
