I am an American Citizen living in America. I am married to a great Filipina lady and she has a daughter. I wanted to bring them here together. I hired the services of an immigration attorney in the US but after the approval of my petition and when my petition was endorsed to US Embassy, Manila, we encountered problems in the process. Visa and Immigration Assistance came to our rescue as it was already beyond the jurisdiction of my US immigration attorney. Rest assured these are the people to get. Their lawyer is one of the best I have ever dealt with, knows all the laws and the right people, pays attention to the smallest details and answers all your questions. Please feel free to contact me for more info if you have any questions--I am 110 percent pleased----Joe Rathbun (Email: okjoeok@yahoo.com)

I called up Visa and Immigration Assistance once just to ask for some information regarding a fiancee visa since I really don't have idea how it works so as my American fiance. The one who spoke to me on the phone was very nice and she appears to know what she's talking about. After couple of weeks my fiancé and I went to their office and met Ms. Eliza of the Visa and Immigration Assistance and their immigration lawyer, in person. We started the petition January 2007 and by July 10, 2007 I had my interview at the embassy. Visa and Immigration Assistance arranged everything needed. They even extended their service for like 1 month just to sort everything that I will need after my visa was issued. Now, I am with my husband Troy in California, USA. We got married last August 30, 2007. My husband and I are highly recommending Visa and Immigration Assistance (Rojie Famor-Wharton and Troy Wharton - California, USA; Email Address: natalialovetroy@yahoo.com.ph)

"Just thought you guys may be interested in some positive feedback. Earlier this year (2007) you may recall you assisted my fiancee Remedios (Remy) Cabides who lives in Angeles City Pampanga in the preparation and signing of two Affidavits of Discrepancy by herself and her mom who lives in General MacArthur in Eastern Samar. The purpose of the Affidavits at the time was to assist Remy satisfy the requirements of the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for the processing her application for a Fiancee Visa. At the time there was some uncertainty surrounding whether the Affidavits would satisfy DIAC for the purposes of a visa application. Well they surely did. Remy's visa has been approved (YEEEHAAA) and plans are well under way for her to fly to Australia in late November. Thank you sooo much for your specialist assistance to us during what was a period of uncertainty for us. You have two very happy clients. Another aspect of doing business with you that was very rewarding for us was the very timely way in which our emails were responded to. I was able to do a lot of my communication with you after my regular work hours here and into the night. That was extremely useful for us. Thanks again and God bless" (Stuart McKenzie stuart_mck14@yahoo.com and Remy Cabides [soon to be Mrs. Remy McKenzie] - Canberra, Australia)
